How a price is built
Every quote is the same four lines, and you see all four before you approve anything. Nothing is charged until you accept a fixed quote.
+10%MaterialsOur purchase cost for every part and gram of material, listed on Cost, plus 10% for stocking and handling.

If you build a design licensed from another customer, 10% of your price is added on top and goes to the designer. The designer may also set a fixed licence fee; it’s shown on the tile before you start.

Paying
You approve the design, we send a fixed quote with a delivery date, and you pay when you accept it. Cards, bank transfer, and invoicing for businesses with 30-day terms after the first order. If a part arrives out of tolerance, the Limitations page says what happens: a remake or a refund, your choice.
